Reservations are not required. We service most hotels in Anaheim, Buena Park, Garden Grove & Orange.

Summary: Order online, or call us toll-free at 800-789-9575. Child rate applies to ages 3-11. There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

SCHEDULE:

The Disneyland Resort Express operates continuously throughout the day, seven days a week. Reservations are not required. Schedules from Los Angeles International (LAX) and Orange County's John Wayne Airport (SNA) are as follows:

LAX
~Hourly departures between 7:30 am and 10:30 am
~Departures every 30 minutes between 10:30 am and 4:30 pm
~Hourly depatures between 4:30 pm and 10:30 pm

Please allow approximately 5 minutes between each terminal.

SNA
~Hourly departures between 7:00 am and 11:00 am
~Departures every 30 minutes between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm
~Hourly depatures between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm

RETURN TRANSFERS

Starting January 1, 2008, you must book two separate one-way shuttles to accomplish a round-trip.
