There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Flight Restrictions

  • Be in good physical condition.
  • Be able to hear, understand and speak English.
  • Be less than 6'3" and 240 lbs and less than 20" wide at the hip. If two persons will be riding, total combined weight must not exceed 340 lbs.
  • Be willing and able to sign a Release of Liability form before the flight.
  • If you are flying alone and under 18 and at least 12 years of age, you must have parental consent, be able to wear the parachute properly and be able to enter and exit the aircraft safely in the event of an emergency.
  • Minimum age 5 - all children between ages 5 to 11 must accompanied by an adult.
  • The aircraft and the cockpit are small, like a single seat race car, so size does matter. Smaller and lighter is better and you will be more comfortable.
  • Of course, there are a few exceptions to the height and weight restrictions, so if you have a specific question, please ask before you buy a flight. There will be no refunds for not knowing if you can fit in the aircraft the day of the flight.
