Summary:

Tour includes ">FREE Hotel pick-up and drop-off from listed hotels in the Hollywood area. You will be returned to your hotel at approximately 4:00 pm. Children ages 3 to 11 qualify for the child rate. Children under 3 are free. Please reserve online, or call us toll-free at 800-789-9575.


There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Re-entering the US is a privilege, not a right! Persons returning from Mexico by land (tour bus), will be required to present a travel document listed below:

If you do not provide the proper documentation, you will be detained at the border. If you are eventually cleared, you will be providing alternate transportation back to your pick up point at your cost.

US Currency is accepted in all Tijuana Shops. Visitors to Mexico may purchase up to $800 USD of merchandise duty free. Visitors are allowed to return with 1 liter of alcohol per person, age 21 or older. Most major credit cards and Travelers checks are accepted in Mexico; however cash is preferred. Be sure to carry small denominations for easier bartering with local vendors.
